Early in his career, he became a top-performing representative at AT&T, where real-time scoreboards, structured training, and strict execution standards shaped his approach to accountability and growth. He later joined one of the world’s most prestigious bathroom fixtures companies, managing 28 distributors across Latin America and the Caribbean and facilitating more than $5 million in annual sales. That experience was less about theory and more about execution, measurable performance, and results, principles that would later become foundational to Nelly IS Marketing.

With a relentless passion for helping home service businesses not just survive but thrive, Nelly founded Nelly IS Marketing. That same drive continues to shape everything we do today.
