You're Booked. See You on the Call.
Your Constraint Audit is confirmed. Check your email and text for the details. The session is 45 minutes and we will get straight into your numbers. Come prepared and come ready to be honest about where things stand.
How to Prepare for Your Audit
This is a working session. The more you bring to it, the more you walk away with. Nelly will review your market before the call. Do your part on your end and the 45 minutes will be worth ten times the time you spend preparing.
-
1Pull your marketing or agency report for the last six months Whatever your agency sends you each month, dig it up. Cost per click, leads generated, ad spend, impressions. If you run your own ads, pull it directly from Google Ads or Facebook Ads Manager. Do not worry if the data is messy. Bring what you have.
-
2Pull your CRM or sales report for the same period How many leads came in total? How many turned into booked estimates? How many estimates closed into jobs? Even rough numbers are fine. We are looking for the pattern, not perfection.
-
3Know your average job value What does a typical coatings job bring in? A rough number is fine. This is what makes the math real when we start talking about what fixing your constraint is actually worth to you in revenue.
-
4Have your laptop open with your numbers pulled up We will ask you to reference real data during the session. Having your reports open rather than trying to recall numbers from memory will save time and make the audit sharper for both of us.
-
5Come ready to be straight with us The audit only works if you are honest about where things actually stand, not where you want them to stand. If something is not working, say so. That is exactly where the value lives.
One More Thing
If Someone Else Is Involved in Your Marketing Decisions, Bring Them on the Call
If you have a business partner, an operations manager, or anyone else who is part of your growth decisions or who would need to be involved in any future conversation about your marketing strategy, invite them to join.
It saves everyone the "let me talk to my partner" round and makes the session far more productive for you. If your marketing is managed by someone internally or an outside person, it is worth having them available to answer a question or two about your current setup.
Forward them the Zoom link and have them ready. The audit is better when the right people are in the room.
Please Confirm Your Appointment
You will receive a confirmation by text and email shortly. Please reply to confirm you received it. If we do not hear back from you, we will assume the spot needs to be released to the next operator.
If anything comes up and you need to reschedule, text us directly and we will make it work. What we ask is that you do not simply not show up. This session requires real preparation on our end and we take that seriously.
