Give a partner access to business assets in your business portfolio

  • Before You Begin
    • You must have full control of the business portfolio.
    • Your partner must have a business portfolio. If they don’t, ask them to create one.
    • You need your partner’s business ID.

Give a partner access to business assets

To share assets in your business portfolio with a partner:

  1. Go to Business settings in Business Manager or Settings in Meta Business Suite.
  2. Below Users, select Partners.
  3. Click Add. Select Give a partner access to your assets.
  4. Enter your partner’s business ID. Click Next.
  5. Choose the business assets you want to assign to your partner. For each asset, choose the level of access to give them: full control or partial access. If assigning partial access, choose which tasks you want your partner to work on.
  6. Click Assign assets.

You and your partner can now see the business assets you’ve shared in your respective portfolios.

Note: If you give your partner partial access to a shared asset, they can only assign people permission to complete the specific tasks that you assigned the business. For example, if you give a partner partial access to a Page and assign Content and Ads permissions, then they can only assign Content or Ads permission, or both, to people in the portfolio.
